We created a comprehensive brand identity and modern, personality-driven platform that tells LR Talent's story. Starting with logo design and brand guidelines, we established a strong visual identity that communicates trust and professionalism. The homepage emphasises their unique value: founder-led search, deep relationships with top companies, and hand-selected candidates only. A comprehensive 'For Candidates' section allows candidates to submit CVs, specify salary expectations, and see matching opportunities curated by the team. An 'For Employers' section lets companies post vacancies and connects them directly to LR Talent's consultants for personalized searches. We integrated a candidate portfolio showcasing successful placements and testimonials from both companies and placed professionals. A secure dashboard lets clients track active searches, review shortlisted candidates, and manage the hiring process. The design emphasises trust, professionalism, and personal relationships, differentiating them from impersonal job boards.
