The Challenge
What we set out to solve
Outdated digital presence that did not reflect community scale or mission
Unclear pathways for teachers and parents seeking support
Need to showcase services, video content, and community impact in one place
Conversion-focused journeys for support requests and engagement
Warm, accessible brand expression across typography, colour, and layout
Fast delivery on a charitable budget without compromising quality
Our Approach
How we tackled it
We designed and built a full Next.js landing experience in one month at theteachersurgery.com. A warm hero introduces their mission — empowering educators and supporting families — with prominent Get Support and Videos pathways. Alternating light and charcoal sections guide visitors through bridging home and school, a Watch & Learn video gallery, education and mentoring services, and a community hub covering parent groups, student mentoring, staff development, and public-sector programmes. Orange script accents, serif headlines, and rounded cards keep the charitable tone approachable without sacrificing clarity. Navigation spans Services, The Team, Videos, Community, and Podcast, with conversion-focused CTAs repeated through the page so teachers, parents, and partners can act quickly on any device.
